GSIS Records Updating

Project Updating..... This is the Landbank management 's move in close coordination with the GSIS to ensure a fast track to bring up to date our GSIS inaccurate records.

A committee for this updating was created, it is chaired by AVP Pablo. They will provide GSIS with soft copy of remittances data from 1997 to present to be uploaded in the new system of GSIS. The team is set to finish by the end of March 2009.

GSIS management assured the Landbank representatives that as soon as the Project Updating is completed, refunds and payments of dividends shall be made.

It would be best to refrain from availing any loans before the completion of the records updating. Putting our records in order is set to end on July 2009.

WARDROBE TIPS

1. Always look at the money you spend on your clothes as investment for the future, hence, when buying clothes, give importance to quality.
2. Have coordinated wardrobe that is built on a basic color scheme. Discover the colors that suit your complexion and you can incorporate or mix and match these colors, including your accessories.
3. Dress appropriately for the occasion.
4. Do not wear contrasting colors if you want to give an illusion on more height or length.
5. A large figure should avoid big prints and designs in clothes.
6. Tailored suits do not get out of fashion. Invest on them.

Cebu Osmena Branch

The Landbank is a haven of beautiful and hardworking men and women. These are the people dedicated to their work. Going the extra mile, not just being satisfied with merely performing the duties required.

Here are the steps...

Step1 Leave all complexes behind. If you feel inferior to your coworkers or supervisors, your meek attitude will stop you from shining. See yourself as the valuable person you are. Before heading out to work, look at yourself in the mirror and have a long conversation with yourself. Speak positive affirmations over yourself and your life. Do it every morning and feel the confessions of success seep into your entire being.
Step2
Recognize your own worth and visualize yourself succeeding beyond your wildest dreams. In your mind, form a clear picture of where you would like to be, of where you would be the happiest. Do you want to work behind a desk, do you want a position in management, in sales? If you can visualize it in your mind before it ever comes to pass, you can achieve it. Because your level of expectancy will be higher, you will be filled with more energy to accomplish what you want.

Step3
Let go of the fear of success. Too often, our inner voice haunts us with negative messages, such as "you will lose all your friends if you get promoted, you will never be able to handle all the responsibility, you don't have enough education." Don't give in to the fear. Replace every negative thought with positive thoughts, such as, "I am able, I am equipped, I have what it takes to accomplish my dreams, I have the right to be successful, I am not afraid, I am powerful."

Step4
Don't wait until you are in a better position to change your behavior. Do it now so your supervisors can take notice of you and promote you when a new position opens up. Take initiative

Step5
Take an inventory of your personal appearance. Is your hairstyle appropriate, are your clothes neat and pressed, is your posture stooped, giving you the look of defeat and fear? Make necessary changes so you can project a confident image.ew position opens up. Take initiative.
